Cost Effective 4GE EPON ONU WIFI CATV Equipment

As EPON downstream is a shared network, user safety is also a concern in EPON. In order to ensure the security of user data, currently two methods are mainly used. One is to assign a unique LLID (Logical Link ID) to each ONU, and the other is to use AES128 encryption technology to encrypt user data. ONUs will periodically generate new data. The key is sent to the OLT, and the OLT converts the key generated by the ONU into a real encryption pattern according to a certain algorithm.
