  Product Description   Ceramic Honeycomb ( refractory honeycomb ceramic brick )   Brief Introduction: The ceramic honeycomb brick is 5 times bigger than ceramic ball in surface area, 4-5 times in heat-transfer capability, but its resistance to air flow is 1/3 of the ceramic ball and depth of heat penetration is very small, which make the ceramic honeycomb better for archiving low oxygen combustion than ceramic ball, thereby,increase the furnace temperature uniformity, heat transfer rate and speed of tapping of molten steel, reduce the oxidation burning loss and the production of NOX gas, and significantly improve environment protection and energy conservation efficiency.   When adopt the honeycomb,the volume of checker chamber can be reduced signification, by this, enough burner guns can be arranged to meet the requirement of heat load.   Features: 1.Better self-cleaning, applies to burn unclean gas . 2.High temperature resistance 3.Good corrosion resistance, good thermal shock resistance 4.
