     Same with the other SMD LED, the heart of white LED is a semiconductor chip with one end attached to a scaffold, a negative one at one end, the other end connected to the positive pole of the power supply, so that the whole chip is encapsulated by epoxy. Then some people might think, green chip will emit green color, red chip will emit red color, then white chip should emit white color. However, there is no white chip. Actually, most of LED manufacturer produce white LED with blue LED chip: After die bonding, by changing the chemical composition of the YAG phosphor and adjusting the thickness of the phosphor layer, white light of various colors of 3500-10000K can be obtained.
