Product description
PVC/PVG:
Solid woven flame retardant belts are used in conveying coal, without taking off for layers, low elongation. Anti-shock and tearing resistant, ususally used in mining.
PVC Belts:
Used for conveying material up to 16 degree inclination under dry conditions.
PVG Belts:
Rubber Cover, suitable for conveying moist material up to 20 degree inclination.
Structure and technics:
Carcass: NN/EE/KF/EP
Reliable adhension between carcass and rubber by mitogen-activated technology
High bonding system
C weave structure
Low-temperature constant tension, pre-plastic production process
Continuous production process to ensure uniform thickness/straightness and low elongation
Performance and Advantage:
Long life as ST belts
The maximum cover thickness of 12mm
The maximum strength of 5400N/mm, only half of the Conventional PVC/PVG carcass thickness
Smaller pulley diameter and smaller driving power
The maximum width of 2000mm
10 times life in flexibility than the conventional
Abrasion resistant, fire resistant cover
The maximum coal capacity of 50 million tons
Good adhension level
Easy to install and maintain
