Continuous Resin Sand Mixer with Mobile Arms

INTRODUCTION
This machine is a continuous operation's sand mixer. It is used for mixing liquid curing agent, liquid resin or resin self-hardening sand of core making. It has two flexible moving drums. The first drum is for conveying sand. The second drum is for high speed mixing sand. The Liquid resin and curing agent are injected in second drum to mix. First injecting curing agent, lag a time injecting resin.

2. There is a trolley car at bottom of sand mixer and sand box, so the sand mixer could move.
3. Used for long distance conveying.
3. It used to mix silica sand and liquid resin, so it equip with two drums of liquid resin and two pumps.
4. The two pumps are diaphragm pump and gear pump separately.
