Sanitary lobe pump for condensed milk

Condensed milk, with viscosity, and need positive displacement pumps to transfer. Rotary lobe pumps is usual selected in dairy production, because of its sanitary grade, no blind spot, easy to maintenance and clean, less easily-damaged parts.

Besides rotor pumps' structure, we also have enough experience in this working conditions. Low ration speed of pump in order to avoid demulsification, can keep the original taste of milk and nutrition.

As high standard of pharmacy industry, surface roughness of lobe pumps wetted part can get 0.2um--0.8um. Pump also have certification of 3A, FDA, can be widely used for ointments, extractum, medicine latex, pill paste, medical syrup, vitamin, fermentation broth etc.
