Concrete Heating Blankets

Insulated winter concrete batching plant(Plant in winter) main have two type: Heated water pipe  and heated water steam.

1. Product Philosophy

Hot water pipeline dries the aggregates. Insulated mineral wool board keeps the temperature in the plant. The heating radiator offers and environment to the operation room and working parts. The hot water of no more than 70 degree serves as the water for concrete production. The boiler(purchased by user independently in the local area) provides a hot water cycle.

2. Introduce

1) Water heating system

Three layer heating water pipe connected in series are added to the sand&stone storage hopper of the dosing machine. The hot water enters the pipeline via water inlet, and is discharged from the water outlet. The flow of hot water is controlled by the valves of the water inlet and outlet. The temperature of sand&stones is controlled at 70degree. When the temperature is too high, the flow of hot water should be reduced. A temperature tester has been installed at the discharge door of the dosing machine to test the temperature of sandstones. A water content tester has been installed to test the water content of sandstones. An insulating water pipe has been installed outside the tank of the mixing plant to prevent the temperature of concrete from dropping in the mixing process. A heating water tank should be prepared during winter construction and hot water of less than 70degree should be used for production and mixing.

2) Insulating mineral wool board

During the overal external decoration, an insualting board with a thickness of 100mm is needed for encapsulation. Heating radiators(which can be designed) by our company and purchased by customers in the local area should be installed in the operation room of the mixing plant and inside the mixing plant.

3) Heating radiators

Heating rediators used for the ordinary municipal heating can be used to offer heat to the operation roon and the concrete mixing machine and ensure the normal work of the electrical components.
