Concrete Equipment In Cutting Machine Working Principles :  Overturning crane overturns 90 degrees in the air with the mold and its base which will be placed in the cutting dolly. Due to demoulding ,the base and side plate are left behind in the cutting dolly .The cutting dolly travels under the power of the motor and finishes transverse 3-surface cutting through transverse cutting machine . It cuts the width of the brick according to the specification requirement .After completion of transverse cutting ,the cutting dolly continues to travel to central position of vertical cutting machine, and then stops . The vertical cutting machine starts ,its vertical cutting frame finishes cutting vertically from top to bottom. The cutting dolly travels to the marshalling crane ,the marshalling crane hoists the base (and the side plate)into the steam curing car, and the cutting dolly returns to original position for next cutting cycle.   Main Features: The structure of the machine is simple and practical, easy to install and repair. Transverse cutting device is fixed ,and the base is placed in an inclined way, so that the width of the base is 600mm.Cutting steel wire is short ,not easy to break or drift. Cutting precision is high, and the cutting dolly travels in a short time . Two sides and top of the base finish surface milling through cutting . Cutting width of the base can be adjustable at will
