Related Products Shredder The first step of cutting the tires, cut the tires into rubber strips. All the shredder blades thinkness ranges from 25mm-152mm depending on type of tires, output, final product. The shredder can process pre-cut OTR tires, truck tires and car tires from 1ton to 20ton per hour. Granulator
The Granulators are designed to grind the rubber mulch from the Grater into small granules as fine as 1mm. The granules are screened and re-circulated until the desired size is reached. Due to the design of the Granulator and precise alignment of the blades, the Granulator produces a very uniform cut and high quality granule. The Spark's miller is designed to produce rubber powder from 500kgs to 5tons an hour in capacity and the powder size can be as fine as 120mesh which is determined by adjustable centrifugal screen.
