Description:

Sunfield high pressure standing alone model is a new type of solar water heater which adopts advanced heat pipe and all glass vacuum tube technology. The available size of the tank ranges from 100L to 300L.

This kind of solar water heater is comprised of three parts: pressurized water tank, heat pipes (solar collector), and bracket (support).

SUS304-2B food grade stainless steel for inner and outer tank, nontoxic, anti-corrosion

Heat pipe (compound heat pipe) is comprised of three target vacuum tube, copper heat pipe, aluminum fin (s), silicon stopper, and stainless steel gasket.

The choice of copper heat pipe is based on the temperature (climate) of the area where the solar water heaters are used. Normally, the main points are the thickness and the freezing resistant feature of the copper heat pipe.

Bracket (support): Aluminum Alloy

It has the following features:

Work principle:

1) Highly efficient vacuum tube absorbs heat from sunlight and heat pipe transfers heat to the condenser end of itself. The condenser indirectly contacts with water through a copper cap and it boils water by releasing heat gained from vacuum tube.

 

2)  If the water temperature is more than 99 Celsius degree, and pressure rises to more than 6 bar, the TP valve will release automatically.

3)  The electrical heater can be operated for auxiliary heating equipment. For compact system, we recommend to use 1.5KW electrical heater.
