This machine have 4 layer feeder system. And it could send the paper from the 4 layer to the gap bridge, and it could adjust and location the paper by the front guide and side guide, and then it finish the printing /numbering /perforating and collating work in the 1 time.

This machine is with professional design / compact structure and reliable performance, the electric use imported microcomputer control system, it could set the program according to print-request. And it also could just do the collating and numbering works. The new machine reduce the time and increase the effect.  



1. This machine have the function to input the cover for the printing products as your request.

2. This machine could offer the paper and ink automatically, and we also add one automatic water supply system back the machine, so now it is more simple to operate and adjust.  


3. Products: Business forms, exam papers, prescription sheet, NCR(carbonless)bills, notebooks, exercise book etc.

4. Consumable items: Paper from 17-250GSM, normal 1.95mm blanket, common aluminium plate.

5. Main fuction: Printing, Numbering, perforating can be finished at a time.

6. Electric apparatus. Panasonic PLC, Taian Converter. Mikom sensor. Automatic controll system.

7. Feed system/Inking system/numbering system/delivery system: Auto-feeding system, double sheet sensor. Auto damping and inking device/numerbing perforating 2 in 1. /delivery auto up and down system.

8. Operation: We send the manual and videos. If possible we can send the techician

6. Payment terms: 30% of the total value as the deposit and balance should be paid before shipment.
