SLITTING LINE AND CUT TO LENGTH LINE   SLITTING LINE   Slitting line is applied to cut wide steel strip along longitudinal direction into ribbon steel. The slit strip is coiled, preparing for the process of rolling, pipe welding, cold roll forming, stamping, etc. It is composed of pay-off reel, flattener, loop, deflector system, slitter (including scrap machine) and coiler.   CUT TO LENGTH LINE   Cross cutting line is applied to shear the strip to certain along transverse direction. It is composed of pay-off reel, flattener, loop, feeder, cut and stacker.
