■Overview

The KXB12 mine-used intrinsically safe sound and light alarm is widely used in various coal mine equipment, and uses voice and light warnings to inform the working status of the equipment. KXB12 mine-used intrinsically safe sound and light alarm box is mainly used on both sides of the mine above and below the air door, transportation main road, flat road, curve, monkey car, waiting room and tunneling coal face (as a warning signal for shooting), etc. Places, as signal prompts and play safety and warning voice functions. The warning device is equipped with 54 voice channels, and the control mode adopts CAN2.0B bus mode, which is more convenient to use and install, and the performance is more stable. The control and voice circuit adopts imported MCU single-chip micro-processing technology for intelligent control, stable and reliable performance, and clear and bright voice quality.

■Main Feature

• The alarm integrates a control circuit, a reprogrammable large-scale voice station circuit, a red and green light warning circuit, a sensor input interface, a radio receiving circuit, and a monitoring signal output;
• There are many types of input signals, including switch input, high level input, and radio signal input;
• 8 kinds of inputs can respectively start 8 different voices. After the input signal is processed, one way starts the voice circuit to give out voice prompts, and the other way controls the ED to change from green light to red light and flash warning and alarm type flashing prompt;
• 8 alarm signals can be uploaded to the detection system; the input sensor can be used with various types of infrared sensors, non-contact switches, infrared through-beam sensors, wireless transmitters, proximity switches, equipment on/off, etc. Sensors to adapt to the needs of different occasions.
• It can be used for equipment start early warning and track lifting warning when multiple sets are combined and used along the lifting transportation line; before the equipment is started, the start warning voice along the line is issued for 10-30s before starting the equipment.
