The HS-850HE is based on an effective principle of delivering customer value with low investment costs combined with high production output. This goal is achieved by spindle speeds of 10,000 rpm, high rapid traverse speeds of 48m/min. and a 16/24 tool magazine with a double gripper for tool exchange times of 1.6 seconds. The sturdy, cast-iron C-frame design ensures maximum rigidity and provides the basis for high milling precision. Digitally controlled drives combined with linear guide ways lead to short positioning times with the highest degree of precision. Standard machine has coil-type chip conveyors The coil-type chip conveyors are capable of removing a large amount of chips from the machine promptly. The special designed chip delivering channel is one-piece fabricated.

 

The machine is casted from high rigid cast through a series of procedures from back fire of blast furnace, normalizing, high frequency heat treatment to precision grinding process.

 

The spindle, bearings and gear employ forced cooling system to effectively avoid thermal deformation on the spindle, and assure outstanding machining accuracy.

 

The X,Y axis are transmitted through class C3 high precision ball screws. The ball screw cooling system combined with temperature sensor that provides excellent cooling effect for ball screws and bearings. This feature avoids thermal deformation on the ball screws, and achieves high positioning and repeatability accuracy on X,Y axis.(option)
