Due to cnc plasma and flame cutting machine will not cut good quality in small holes, especially when dia is smaller than thickness. Now, we can use cnc drilling unit to drill small holes on plate, with very good quality, then cut plate by plasma or flame. Also plasma marking and zinc powder marking are available on the machine, which will mark the drilling parts and cutting parts before drilling and cutting, also it will show the path of welding. cnc drilling and cutting machine is very practical and economic in metal sheet process, especially when there are small holes.

For cnc drilling unit, its max drilling thickness is 25mm, drilling holes can be 5-30mm; for cnc cutting unit, we have plasma and flame option, or equip both plasma and flame on one machine. Plasma cutting thickness depends on plasma source, also plasma marking is available. For flame cutting, it is only suitable for cutting mild steel plate, cutting thickness is from 6-300mm. Zinc powder marking is available.

For cnc controller, we use LKNC(17" touch screen) for cnc drilling and cutting machine. It is stable and with touch screen,17" LED screen. Servo motor, we use Panasonic, gear box is SEW from Germany.
