The hot spring bending machine also called hot wound spring coiler for winding hot coil spring or big springs such as helical flexicoil springs or locomotive springs with CNC three servo control (principal axis ,pitch,Helix angle orientation) is controlled by The Spanish FAGOR CNC system and starts,clamps and unwinding automatically.

3.Taped or round bar is fed.Max spindle id 50 rpm and max spring size is Φ 60 (W.D) *Φ 500 ( O.D) * 1200 (length) mm and can be custom-designed.All parameters like start.pitch.spindle.unwinding are adjustable and set by computer.
