2)Pitch control accuracy≤±0.1mm, location accuracy ≤±0.05mm, repeat location accuracy ≤ ±0.03mm.
3)Max. stroke of X-axis is 2000mm. Main and assistant clamp work at the same time, reduce quality requirements of busbar and improve the processing accuracy. In working process, save manpower and improve working efficiency and working accuracy because of the realization of automatic clamping bus bar. After working stainless steel conveyor can be used to convey workpiece , improve efficiency and ensure no wearing of workpiece.
4)The system of Punching .shearing and embossing are hydraulic, the rated pressure of punching die is 500KN, Punching frequency≤60HPM.
5) There are seven sets of die stations in die libraries (including one shearing die ,one embossing die, five punching dies. Entire shearing die can shear bus bar once that improve working accuracy, verticality of section and working efficiency. Specialized embossing die can finish embossing once, that improve plainness of bus bar and working efficiency Changing of die is simple, safe and reliable, which can guarantee the high production efficiency in the condition changing dies frequently .Dies can meet requirement of accuracy and performance. The number of die beating is more than 20000 times.
6) The machine adopts high accurate ball screw and straight guide to guarantee high accuracy and high efficiency. The adopted component is world-famous with long service and good quality.
7) The operating software is special aided design software which can be connected so as to realize auto program. It took the lead and applies the 3D graphic technology is world-class level being convenient and fast ,the operation can demonstrate the shape of copper processing intuitively and three-dimensionally ,calculate the punching shearing bending position ,automatically form machine code ,reduce the time of manual code and avoid the possibility of false manual code. The software can demonstrate the whole process of punching shearing bending and prevent effectively the material waste because of input fault.
8) The machine can match with CNC bending machine and form busbar processing production line.
