Clay Soil Stabilization mixing Plant main mix the foundation base materials:
1) This equipment can mix cement base stabilizing materials, such as stabilized soil, lime stabilized soil, sand stabilized soil and so on.
2) The equipment can be used for producing various basic stabilized soil materials required by high grade highway, airport, railway, and municipal.
3) Adopt twin shaft force type mixer without linings, no need to change linings, with long service life and low maintenance cost.
4) Single motor drives speed reducer, the big gear transmit synchronously. With good shock resistance and Strong overload resistance.
5) The unique form of water supply ensures the water supply uniform,stable and effective.The mist can reduce the dust pollution and avoid blocking of stabilized oil effectively.
6) Special designed big powder screw feeder can avoid the damp blockage of paddle feeder, make dust measurement more reliable and constant evenness, reduce the waste of powder and finished material, control the cost of materials.
7) Several powder feeding way can be chosen: unpack cement bag manually, cement in bulk or use bucket elevator.
8) Adopt computer control speed or frequency converter control speed. Material supply is evenness and continuous with good performance on anti-interference ability and high precision on weighing.
9) The system set the functions of close, open and status inspection, Fault alarm, overload alarm and UVP;
Manual, half automatic, full automatic in several operate way;
Can store proportion,productivity dates and print statistical form, offer the useful support to site management, Scheduling and monitoring.
10) The finished product storage bin door can be single open or double open which is convenient for use. 6m3, 8m3, 10m3 can be chosen for volume.
11) Control room is fully closed with air conditioner, which improves the operator's comfort and reduces the labor intensity.
