CKS611160 HEAVY DUTY CNC LATHE

CKS CNC lathe adopts Fanuc CNC system to control the AC servo motor, which transfer power to the high accuracy electric holder through the precise ball screw so as to control the two coordinates continuously .It is a semi-loop system.
The main drive is powered by the frequency conversion motor. The headstock completes the mechanically four-shift steeples speed change.
The lathe can machine inner circles, outer circles, end faces, taper shape, arc surfaces, metric and inch threads of various shafts and plates.

 
Features
Machine bed:
The bed adopts a "mountain-flat" guide way and has good manufacturability. The guid way is 970mm wide and the bed is 710mm high. The bed is of box-type, diagonal brace structure with high rigidity. The structure is of one-piece casting and the inner braces are properly arranged. The guide way is hardened with medium frequency quenching grinding process. The friction pair of the guide way is affixed by wear-resistant materials. Therefore, the guide way assumes good wear resistance and accuracy maintainability.
 
Spindle box:
The front neck journal of the spindle is 200mm. The three-point supporting structure is used to give the spindle high rigidity, strength and accuracy. Spindle bearings are high precision bearings that are either of Chinese brands or imported (optional) from abroad. Front and rear bearing journals are double row cylindrical roller bearings of high accuracy. The inner ring of the bearing is 1:12 taper hole, which is matched to the taper journal of spindle. The axial movement of the inner ring can change the bearing clearance so as to improve the accuracy. The main driven chain change gears mush be treated through high frequency quenching and grinding process. The spindle box adopts powerful oil lubricating.
 
Tailstock:
The lathe is designed in consideration of rigidity, bearing capacity and convenience to use. The sleeve adopts the built-in top type. The sleeve diameter is 200mm, with good rigidity and rotation accuracy.
 
The tailstock consists of the upper and the lower bodies. The spindle of the tailstock is installed in the lower body while its rapid movement mechanism, in the lower body. The tailstock is installed on the two guide ways in the middle of the bed, which is engaged with the rack on the bed through gears so as to move the tailstock longitudinally.
 
The tailstock spindle bearing is a taper-hole double row cylindrical roller bearing with the adjustable radial clearance. The disk spring, installed in the rear of the ball screw, is able to prevent the mechanism from being damaged by the workpiece's expansion caused by heat. When used, it approaches to the workpiece at high speed and then tighten it at low speed. The hand wheel which moves the sleeve, has two speeds, that is , 1:1 and 1:25. The rapid movement mechanism of the tailstock is driven by a separate motor.
