The feature of this type is easier in designing, manufacturing, inspecting and assembling. Easy for standardizing producing. Normally operating mode under not so heavy load and not high speed operating mode, meanwhile medium module.   Material: carbon steel & alloy steel, based on ASTM, EN, DIN, ISO and GB. Inspection: NDT/NDE of UT & MPI . Process: molds making, sand casting, heat treatment, NDT/NDE, hobbing and Machining, NDT/NDE.   Our manufacturing capability for cylindrical gear is maxium OD(outer diameter) within 8 meters, maxium module at 40. We offer not only in whole, but also in twin half jointed by bolt. The twin half gear will be worthy for transportation, assembling and performing maintenance.
