China Specialized ATV Tire Curing Press    We are specilized in producing tire curing press with more than 20 years' ODM and OEM experience.   Product Description   Tire Curing Press - Mechanism Features This curing press adopts gantry moving mechanism, single mould and lock ring. The upper mould and beam adopts vertical lift and translation mode. The bladder control mechanism is B type. This curing press is configured with segmented mould driving device. This curing press adopts programmable controller and data processor as man-machine interface with OSD (on screen display), which make it visual, highly reliable, convenient change process, etc.     Tire Curing Press - Applications        This tire curing press is applicable to vulcanize rubber radial tire. Using this curing press, you can achieve the whole process of rubber tire production from unvulcanized rubber raw embryo to a tire, including installing embryos, forming and vulcanizing and unloading.
