The tyre vulcanizing machine adopts vertical lift and translation mode for top mould and beam. The bladder control mechanism is B type. The tyre vulcanizing machine is configured with segmented mould driving device. The tyre vulcanizing machine adopts programmable controller and data processor as man-machine interface with OSD (on screen display), which make it visual, highly reliable, convenient change process, etc.   Hydraulic Tyre Vulcanizing Machine - Characteristics The tyre vulcanizing machine adopts imported sliding element for upper beam movement. The mould is aligned repeatedly and can be achieved high precision. Mould clamping and shaping is driven hydraulically. The clamping force and shaping force is adjustable. Heating type: Steamer Type.
