FEATURES   According to the weaving, polyester dryer fabric can be divided into 3-shed, 4-shed. According to the category, it can be divided into one and a half layer, double layer and rectangular wire fabric. According to the joining mode, it can be divided into insert, pin, pin ring and spiral ring join.   Two-shed and three-shed plain woven mesh are mainly used in mining industry filtration, making of paper pulp, packing paper, fiber paper and other special wire mesh products.   Polyester plain fabric is made of first-class polyester monofilament threads, which make the fabric acid-resistant, alkali-resistant, hard-wearing and durable as belt filter .   3-shed one layer and a half are suitable for drying papers below 70g. 4-shed double layer fabric is suitable for drying papers above 70g. SLUDGE DEWATERING BELT AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT BELT   This product is mainly used for the sludge dehydration in sewage treatment plants, and plants need treatment the wastewater. It has good water permeability, air permeability and non-revealed sludge, acid-resisting, alkali-resisting, heat resistance(180C). The sludge can be peeled off easily after pigeonhole filter, so the belt are easily cleaned and have a long working time. Foe the belt, we use the steel clip joint to make it much more strong.   5. PAPER MAKING FELT There are three series of BOM papermaking felts available in the market. They are single layer base mesh,double layer base mesh and multi layer base mesh.According there structures,they can be divided into BOM formed felt,BOM pressed felt,BOM upper felt,BOM dryer felt,BOM pulp board felt and so on.BOM paper making felts are generally made of the base mesh layer and the fiber layer.The base mesh can be single,double or multi layers. All mesh bases are woven by monofilament or twisted monofilament yarns.
