China original Pitot tube meter PT1 Series with high performance and good price   Technical parameters    Primary elements pitot-tube for PTI series pitot-tube tachometer are produced and calibrated with advanced technology, equipped with Rosemount 3051 CD1 high-accuracy sensor, which is used to achieve more accurate measurement on tachometer after temperature-pressure compensation and operates in compliance with related environmental protection regulations in the country. Applicable scope: PT1 series pitot-tube tachometer is applicable for use in measurement of velocity of steam, liquid, air, coal gas flowing through the tube (stream to be measured must be fully filled in the pipe and flow continuously in single-phase)     Low production cost     Pitot-tube is a traditional measurement instrument and mainly consists of pitot-tube and dp transmitter. In order to suit the actual condition, we made some appropriate changes to the structure of pitot-tube without impacting the measurement performance so as to make the installation and maintenance easier. As a result, PT1 series pitot-tube tachometer  not only is much cheaper than the flow measurement instrument of the same kind, but has an incomparable advantage in terms of performance, installation, maintenance, production cost, suitability for operating on complicated process.    Adaptation to various conditions    Except that primary elements for PT1 series pitot-tube tachometer  are made of s/s, the surface and internal wall are painted with imported material resistant to corrosion, which may greatly reduce the corrosion by acid substances. Besides, we have provided the backblowing unit, as shown in Fig. 1. The unit, without impacting the normal measurement, may carry out the regular blowing of pipe to prevent the blockage.

      Storage:   When your instruments are not used for the time being or need to be stored for quite a long time, please keep in correct storage and keep in mind of:  1. Put in a storage place with ambient temperature of not over 0-50°C; 2. Put in a storage place with not pretty high humidity; 3. Instrument not exposed to direct sunlight;  4. Not place adjacent to heating;  5. Storage place not exposed to vibration and dust;  6. Prior to installation, please put the whole set of instrument and document supplied with the machine together to prevent loss or misuse. 7. When your instruments have been installed, but may not be put into operation for a period of time, please cover the probe jacket to prevent any contamination. Remove protective jacket when startup.    Open box inspection   Prior to open box inspection on your procured instrument, please check the package for any damage and any other defectives. In case of doubt or damage to the goods inside, please contact us and carrier.  During open box inspection, please take care not to scratch the instrument or other parts.  After the box is open, please first find out the Packing List in the document supplied with the machine and check against your contract. In case of misdelivery, loss or damage, please contact us as soon as possible.  Please properly keep the document supplied with the machine after open box inspection.    Post-sale service    Please contact us when you have any question during the installation, commissioning or operation. Especially, in case of any failure being spotted, please describe the tag no., model, delivery date, failure of instrument as clearly as possible so as for us to provide quick assistance.
