China Leading High Efficiency  rotary lime kiln in Shanghai  Product Description   Our company has manufactured a new active lime rotary kiln production line with low pressure and energy consumption, which adopts advanced technology. And the active lime rotary kiln also has functions of environmental protection and energy conservation. Besides, it has advantages of higher mechanization and automation (PLC bus -mastering). As it adopts new modern technology of burner, it can make full use of cheap energy; especially utilize the most draining inflammable gas as treasure of part energy, which is harmful to the environment. Thus, it not only protects environment, but also is in line with the public policy documents on response to energy conservation, emission reduction and low carbon. This machine can produce lime with advantages of strong ability to react chemically, low volume density and large specific surface. At present, it has been one of the most preferred auxiliary equipment for steelmaking, coking and calcium carbide industries. Moreover, it is also the best kiln type in limestone industries for its strong adaptability to raw and fuel materials, convenient maintenance and low consumption benefits.       Working Principle: It mainly consists of kiln body, sealing device for kiln tail, main and auxiliary driving device, burning device, discharging device, speed regulation , instrument control, PLC programming,  interlocking device and dust-extraction device, etc. CaCO3 is the main ingredient of the limestone, and CaO is the main ingredient of lime. The basic principle of lime burning is to preheat materials with low temperature, quickly burn them with high temperature, utilize the perheater and the kiln to heat the limestone and compose them into CaO and CO2., The chemical equation as below: CaCO3——CaO+CO2↑   -Q Technological process: At first , preheat the limestone to above 800℃, they will start to compose, And then, they will be pushed into kiln for further burning by the push rod actuator, until the temperature reaches about 1200 ℃. Finally, after cooled by cooler, they will be discharged out.       Features and Benefits: l Widely range of adaptability to raw and fuel materials; l Sturdy structure, smooth running, large capacity and good quality; l Energy conservation, waste gas as the second useful source, recycling economy l come up to the discharging standard with low NO emissions. l PLC auto-control system, centralized control in productive process.  Main Technical Parameters:
