Working Principle:
During the efficient operations of CS Series spring cone crusher, the motor drives eccentric locking collar to rotate through a diving force transported by V-belt, large pulley, drive shaft, small bevel gear, and bevel gear. Mainshaft will also rotate and swing under the action of eccentric locking collar so that crushing wall will approach to roller mortar wall every now and then. Therefore, materials in the circle-type crushing chamber between fixed jaw and movable jaw will be impacted, pressed and bent constantly and then broken. After a number of pressing, impacting and bending, materials are crushed to required sizes and are discharged out from discharging port below.

Internal structure:
CS Series spring cone crusher mainly consists of rack, cone assembly, moving cone assembly, spring structure, bowl-shaped frame part and a shaft drive, etc. Its assistant pats include electricity system, lubrication system, and hydraulic clearing system.
