Q: What's the MOQ for the first tim purchasing?
Songxing:If make logo and brand package, MOQ is 500 ctns; If there is no need for brand logo and package, MOQ is 100 ctns per size.
Q: What will be the delivery time?
Songxing: Normally is 25-30 days after order confirmed by both parties.
Q: What will be the loading capacity for 20ft container?
Songxing:Max loading capacity is 27 tons, but exact loading capacity depends on the slide model you choose and the country you are from, for further information, please consult from our sales.
Q: Before purchasing, how can we get to know the quality?
Songxing:We can send sample to you to check. Also cusomer can appoint some agent to inspect the mass production quality in our factory to make sure the quality.
Q: What's the payment terms:
Songxing:TT or Cash or LC
Q: What's the price term?
Songxing:EXW/FOB/CNF/CIF/FCA depends on customer's requirement.
Q: What should we do if goods are received with some quality problems?
Songxing:All goods have been inspected during the assembling and packing, the chance to get defective slide is very rare. If there are some quality problems, such as finish problem, damaged problem, please kindly take some photos and show to us proof, also please show us the carton imge to locate the quality supervisor. After we verified the problem, we will give refund or resend the goods.
