Select different type of heat resistant belt according to the temperature, surface figure, viscosity condition and other concerned data of conveyed materials. Remains at 60-80º C. In contrast, when powdered material like cement is being conveyed, there is almost no temperature difference between material and belt surface. More information please refer to the following table.
The life of heat resistant belt is largely affected by the belt's surface temperature during operation. The belt temperature directly influence not only the adhesion between cover&ply, but also the abrasion and cracking resistant performance of cover rubber. Please make full tests of the temperature and other conditions, and then choose the suitable type.
Much thicker rubber is very important to ensure much longer life or the belt.
