Product Description
Inert Ceramic Ball is widely used in petrochemical industry, chemical industry, fertilizer industry, natural gas industry and environment protection etc. With functions as covering and supporting materials for catalyst in reactors and packing for towers. Its main role is increasing the distributions of liquid and gas, holding and protecting the activated catalyst with low strength.
Inert alumina ceramic ball are used as catalyst, absorbent, desiccant and drying agent in petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, natural gas and environmental protection industries. As a catalyst reactor coverage tower packing materials and support, the major role is to increase distribution of gas or liquid, support and protect the intensity of low strength activity catalyst.
Advantages:
Compared with natural stone balls and normal ceramic balls, alumina grinding ball increases by 20-40 times in its performance of wear resistance. Its grinding efficiency improves by 40%-60% and ball mill efficiency add by 30%-40%. Their total costs only take 40-60 percent of that of natural stone balls.
Application:
*Suitable for all kinds of ceramic raw materials & mineral being by wet grinding
*Suitable for high quality ceramic glaze grinding
*Other high purity mineral materials grinding
