Description of Ball  Mill:
Ball Mill is a key equipment to grind the materials after crushing, it is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc. Ball mill can grind various ores in dry type and wet type. There are two kinds of wet ball mill, grate type and overfall type due to different ways of discharging material. 

Working Principle of Ball  Mill:
To use the ball mill for powder, the material to be ground is loaded into the Neoprene barrel that contains grinding media. As the barrel rotates, the material is crushed between the individual pieces of grinding media that mix and crush the product into fine powder over a period of several hours. Obviously, the longer the ball mill runs, the smaller the powder will be. Ultimate particle size depends entirely on how hard the ground material is, and how long the fly ash ball mill runs. Our ball mill have been being used to grind glass, make ceramic glaze, powder various chemicals, and make Black Powder.
