Features and Application
Bill Laser glass sealed CO2 laser tubes 120W have the advantages of high quality, small size in volume and no need to refill gas. It is mainly used for cutting, sculpturing, marking and welding non-metal materials. It could be used in laser mould manufacturing too. In addition, our laser tubes are used widely in thin metal industry.
In order to get the laser beam of high power and high quality, numerous experiments have been done to try to avoid the axis disorder between the front and the back cavity mirrors as well as the deformation of discharge tube by long-term use, etc. With a clearer understanding of laser machines' schema specialty, real-time observation to the variation of spot modes during the operation of laser machines.

Method of use
1. To make sure that the electrodes connections are right;
2. To install the cooling water pipe. Please install the tube under the principle that water should be irrigated from negative end to positive, input upsides and output downsides and the outlet can't leak. Before using the tube, the water storage container should be full of water, then ensure that the water cooling tube after imputing water must have no bubble( must check each use). If the laser tube is perpendicularly install, please make sure that the top of the tube also has no bubble.
3. The efficiency of CO2 laser tube is about 15-30%. In order to maintain good function and performance, please use the tube through the controllable cooling water machine, the temperature between 15 and 25 degrees and the speed of water not less than 2-4L/min. If the instability phenomena of cooling water, they will cause light spot dysmorphism and output power instability.
4. While installing the laser tube, please make sure that its two stand points should be in the point that is in the 1/4 of the total length of the tube, leaving enough space for the high voltage of the tube and any metal surface. If the clearance is too narrow, then the high voltage used to trigger the tube will spark with the surface of metal, and thus lead to the destruction of the tube and even the damage of major electronic components of laser machine.
5. Users are suggested to add the automatic inspection device into the laser tube's cooling water system in order to avoid the laser tube to be over heated and disordered because of water off. Please consult the supplier of the machine for details.

CO2 Laser Tube Working Common Problems
Low efficiency of output power

Check whether the output mirror surface of the laser tube may have nick and dirt or the stand point may be placed in wrong position.
Check the output current, supply power, the temperature and flow of cooling water and the cleanness of water.
Check the cleanness of the focus lens and the reflectivity mirror, whether they fever or divert light way in the operation.

Spark in high voltage

Check whether there is sundry around the joints high voltage or the tube is too close to metal;
Indoor environment may be too humid to cause conductive phenomenon. Please pay attention to water when using cooling water machine in summer.
Check whether the high voltage's inner connections of the power supply to appear to be broken and destroyed.

Laser tube broken and the laser heads fallen off

Water temperature should be controlled in the range of 15 to 25 degrees. The cooling water can't be frozen in frigid area or be left within the laser tube under 0 degree.
The tube must be operated in the condition of water provided. (To test the tube light or not with water offered)
To check the water cooling tube whether has appeared cracked.
To check whether there is bubble in the tube.
To check if the water current is normal and the outlet is in accordance with the principle--"down in up out".
