Solubility : dissolved in cold or hot water at any ratio

Dissolving Method

Add WS (10~50%) in cold or hot water (60~70℃) ,stir the mixture until it completely dissolved and grt an even paste, then cool it down.

Field of Application

Applied to softening and fluffing process of natural and synthetic fibre , cotton , wool and blended fabric

Application

Padding: Dosage: 20 ~ 30 g/L (10% solution) Temperature: 30 ~ 40℃

Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

Dipping: Dosage: 3 ~ 8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) Liquor ratio: 1:10 ~ 15

Temperature: 40 ~ 50℃ Time: 30min

Storage and Packing

Shelf life: 12 months when store in cool, dry and shaded warehouse

Packing: 120kg plastic drum
