During production, we build peace of mind into every part we manufacture through quality programs to secure compliance with the rigorous industry standards. We pay strict attention to every detail of our work:  

Material Inspection:   We conduct chemical analysis with the spectrometer at our factory for pig iron and scrap steel samples;

Sand:   Green sand, Resin sand, Quartz sand available

Sand control:  120T/h sand automatic treatment system

Molding:

Automatic molding machine:  HUNTER, DIS
 Manual and semi-automatic molding machines also available
 
Core making: 
 Mechanical Core-making: Hot-box core shooter

 Manual Core-making: oil sand
 Melting: 
2 units of 10 t/h cupola furnaces;
 2 units of 10ton induction furnaces;
4 units of 1ton induction furnaces;

Dual inoculation
Pouring:   We use the thermo coupler to measure temperature before pouring, and highlight slag-stopping and pouring speed.
