Product description

Accelerator TBBS(NS)-80 , Light White Granule , Used for soles and other rubber products.

Recommendations and Applications:

TBBS is delayed accelerator of NR , BR , IR , SBR and reclaimed rubber ,

especially suitable for carbon black masterbatch containing strong alkaline ,

with well processing safety at operating temperature ,

excellent anti-scorching ability , fast curing rate and imparts high tensile modulus of vulcanizate.

In low sulfur vulcanization,

TBBS can be used either alone or along with dithiocarbamate salts and thiuram ,

imparts good aging resistance and modulus of the vulcanizates. With high efficiency and low toxin ,

it has excellent comprehensive performance, it is an ideal substitute for NOBS,

and called the standard accelerator.

Widely used to produce radial tyre. It can be used along with aldehyde amine , guanidine , thiuram ,

and as well as anti-scorching agent PVI , form a good vulcanization system. Mainly used in tires ,

rubber soles , rubber hose , belts , cable manufacturing.

NR: 0.5~1.0 PHR TBBS and along with 2.5~3.5 PHR sulfur

SBR: 1.0~1.5 PHR TBBS along with 0.2 PHR thiuram and 1.5~2.5 PHR sulfur.

Pre-dispersed 80% N-Tertiarybutyl-2-benzothiazole sulfennamide in a 20% elastomeric binder
