Brief description of the carbonization furnace:

Carbonization Furnace is one newly developed combined gas flow charcoal sotve, it adopts advanced hot air carbonizing processing technology, which increased carbonizing ratio and shortened the carbonizing time, it is an ideal equipment for wood briquettes to carbonization.

Carbonization furnace is an ideal equipment to have anoxic distillation carbonization. Its rational structure can save much heat consumption. It has features of big capacity, high output, short production cycle, enviromental protection, long cycle and so on.

Characteristics of Carbonization Furnace:

1. This furnace is ideal equipment for charring wood briquettes into charcoal briquette. The wood briquette will have anoxic distillation charring in the furnace.
2. Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs small heat consumption.
3. It adopted Superheated Stream cooling system, thus can speed up the cooling process, improve the quality of charcoal, and shorten the charring period.
4. Its horizontal condenser can retrieve much wood tar.
