4. Heat Treatment and HRC
We commission professional company for heating processing. Different technologies are employed in different components and steels to assure better polish and long usage.

The Hardness of core and cavity of Car part Mould can reach HRC 32-36 after pretreatment; we put the hardness processing to HRC42 or so for high demand in polishing; all the insets and sliders are after quenching process;

5. Hot Runner System
Hot runner system are widely used in plastic moulds, which contributes to higher efficiency and quality of products, meanwhile , which reduces material consumption and labor force .

6. Processing 
The all components are processing by CNC lathes and the assembly work of car part mould is finished by the makers with rich experience over 10 years. In addition, mould surface are polished by professional works to make the mould produce best products with perfect surface;
