Product description
The bull-wheel grooves are made up of high resistance interchangeable nylon sectors.
Hydraulic power pack to drive 1 drum stand with hydraulic motor.
Apart from as a tensioner, it could be used as puller by its pull back funciton.
Working parameters of the machine,in cluding the length of stringing could be seen directly on digital meter counter.
Single axle chassis with rigid axle for up to 30 km/h.
Automatical hydraulic oil cooling system.
Hydraulic front stabiliser.
Grounding connection point and temporay anchor point.
This stringing hydraulic puller-tensioner machine is used to stringing synthetic fiber ropes and steel pilot wire,to stringing OPGW cable and single conductor with max diameter of 40mm(max sectional area of 630mm2). Because of the high configuration on engine and hydralic system, the pull back function is especially apply to change old conductor with new in power grid upgrading construction.
Features:
1. The liner of discharge reel is wear-resistant MC nylon.
2. Stringing tension is continuous and stepless adjustable.
3. Color LCD display for engine parameters.
4. The engine is equipped with a preheating device, and the engine manual pump and diesel filter are easy to operate.
5. With hydraulic power output interface, the hydraulic wire puller tensioner can be used to connect hydraulic wire shafts.
6. The automatic braking function of pressure loss ensures the safety of operation when the engine suddenly goes out or the system loses pressure due to other reasons.
7. With reverse traction function.
8. According to customers’ needs, mobile parallel control box can be configured to centralize the control of two or more devices.
