The advantages of 6-35kV Tripe-layer Co-extrusion Dry-cure CCV Line (Rubber Extruder)
1. The specially designed triple layer co-extrusion cross head is of multi-flow channel structure. It has two advantages: The circumferential pressure drop in length direction is equal, while the material flowing speed in circumferential direction is equal, too. It just need adjust inner screen, insulation and outer screen component distributors during actual eccentricity adjusting, which can save time and reduce material waste. The whole line speeds up synchronous without eccentricity. Within 30~40m the CCV line can produce eligible cable.
2. The whole line uses industrial control computer and PLC programmable controller. DC driver, touch screen, sensor, temperature control module use famous brand products with low maintaining work and high-level automatization.
3. High-level stability: Wenzhou Xingle Cable Co., Ltd. And Jiangshu Shangshang Cable Group Co., Ltd. Have the record of running CCV line 18days and 20 days without stop, and extrusion materials without burning. Make 8.7/10kV 300mm2 cable using our CCV line with outer fluctuation range of finished cable diameter ≤ 0.25mm.
4. We active response government about low-carbon production and energy-saving emission reduction. We make energy-saving type CCV line whose extruders use AC motors and AC variable frequency drive, tubes use rational impedance matching technology to save 10% electrical power.
Old CCV line: 8 sections 400~500A during normal production.
Energy-saving CCV line: 8 sections 250~280A during normal production.
