C12200 Copper Capillary Tubing, Size 5.08mm X 3.68mm, ASTM B360 Standard

Copper capillary tubings are small diameter tubes in coil. They are used by the air conditioning and refrigeration industry to increase the pressure of the refrigerant gas in the condensing unit. Copper capillary tubings with uniform internal diameter forms the metering device in refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. These control the flow of refrigerant gases in the system.
Our copper capillary tubing is used throughout the refrigeration and air conditioning industry for restriction applications. The tube is produced in C12200 (Cu-DHP) alloy to the hard drawn, light
Drawn, light annealed and soft annealed temper. Our copper capillary tubings are manufactured in strict adherence to American Standard ASTM B360 and European Standard EN 12450.

Tolerances
Our copper capillary tubing is usually produced with a general average tolerance of plus and minus 0.05 mm for outside diameter, and plus and minus 0.025mm for inside diameters.

Finish and Packing
Our capillary tubing supplied in coil comes with capped ends. The coils are tied and placed in plastic bag, which are later sealed each of 10', 25', 50', 60', 100' and 150' (3m, 15m, 20m, 30m, 50m, 100m) bunch coils and packed in carton box and palletized.
Our copper capillary tubing supplied in straight length comes with open or capped ends, as requested, our copper capillary tubings are usually bind in bundles of 100 pieces.
