BZ - R03: Ba/ Zn stabilizer for soft products; soft product stabilizer( no lead )
1. Description:
Heat stabilizer is one of the most important component in the formula of PVC. And Ba/Zn based compound stabilizer is becoming more and more popular because it’s no lead containing and environmental friendly.
It’s combined by Organic compounds of Ca, Zn, Ba, hydrotalcite, rare earth, internal lubricant, external lubricant, high-efficient synergist, etc.
It can meet the production requirement of soft and half rigid PVC products.
2. Features:
A. Without lead. Can substitute the traditional lead-based compound stabilizer.
B. Good thermal stability. Anti-sulphide pollution. Anti-precipitating. With better initial whiteness. Improve product’s appearance. Make product’s color more sticky and shiny.
C. Has synergistic effect with phosphite ester antioxidant and . Improve product’s thermal stability, weatherability, and transparency.

4. Suggested dosage: It’s used according to actual situation. Different technic or production cost requires different dosage. But normally add 0.5-3 PHR in each 100 PHR PVC resin.
5. Package: 20~25kg/bag. Packed in multi-layer composites bag which protect from moisture, sunlight and contamination.
