• Among these core conductors, a certain quantity of strengthened OFC are used to make the cable stronger and more durable against stretch.

• Between these two core conductors, a certain quantity of cotton strings have been used to make the cable more solid and reduce the scratch and twist between conductors.

• Outside the core conductors and cotton strings, a layer of light but very strong isolation paper is used to wrap the core up. This paper is soft but tear-resistant, and can bear high temperature and high pressure, and help with vulcanization.
