Building Materials Reinforced With Carbon Fiber Sheet

Activated carbon cloth is made of high-quality powdered activated carbon as the adsorption material, and is made of polymer bonding material to be attached to the non-woven substrate. It can effectively adsorb various industrial waste gas, such as benzene, formaldehyde, ammonia, sulfur dioxide, etc.

Carbon fiber cloth is used for the tensile, shear and seismic reinforcement of structural members. This material, together with the matching impregnating glue, can be used to form a complete carbon fiber cloth sheet reinforcement system. It is suitable for the reinforcement works of increasing the service load of buildings, changing the engineering use function, aging materials, concrete strength grade lower than the design value, structural crack treatment, repair and protection of components serving in harsh environments.

1. First, the carbon cloth does not use traditional columnar particle carbon, but uses broken small particle carbon, which increases the total surface area of carbon particles without increasing the amount of carbon, thus greatly improving the single filtration efficiency of formaldehyde.
2. Secondly, because the small particles of carbon are distributed evenly in the non-woven fabric, and the gap is large enough, the wind resistance is small enough (much less than the total resistance of the HEPA filter + activated carbon filter). Therefore, the use of a carbon cloth filter instead of the traditional double filter solution can increase the air volume of the air purifier.
3. When the carbon cloth is tested, the pre-processing speed is fast, and it is easy to achieve high formaldehyde CADR.
4. Due to the smaller resistance, the use of the carbon cloth filter can reduce the speed of the air purifier fan, thereby reducing the noise of the whole machine.
