Usage
*Humidification: adjust the relative humidity in the air, to facilitate the preservation, promotion of crop growth.
High dust environment, controlled humidity, may be appropriate to reduce the dust storm.
*Cooling: fine mist particles, instantaneous gasification, adsorption space latent heat, cold fog fan-forced
ventilation cooling effect is remarkable.
*Air purification: micro-mist particles can be combined with the air of suspended dust falling, the gasification
process can be decomposed into oxygen ions to clean indoor and outdoor air.
*Disinfection and epidemic prevention: to make use of the fan-made fog added disinfectant, can cover with
space to achieve comprehensive prevention purposes.

Design Features:
The sprayer combined by the stainless steel body, brass nozzle and guide vane. The liquid was generated
to be centrifugal vortex by guide vane, sprayed as mist from nozzle. This sprayer widely used for workshop,
cooling system, salt spray test, man-made fog and other humidification applications. The nozzles are drilled
by precise perforating machine which imported from USA, the thread is between 0.3mm to 0.5mm, excellent
creation, the cost is more than 10 times lower than regular humidification system.

Flow Rate |
Flow rate is mainly depend on the size of nozzle and pressure. Normally, if the pressure is fixed, the bigger size of nozzle, the bigger of flow rate. If nozzle size is fixed, the more pressure, the bigger of flow rate. And, the medium should be also considered, under the same pressure and nozzle size, the viscosity of medium goes up, the flow rate get lower. |
Pressure |
The pressure should be reach to the minimum request pressure of the sprayer, otherwise, the effect will be not perfect. Furthermore, increase the pressure will bring the bigger flow rate. To use the booster pump to increase the pressure of liquid or use air compressor to increase the air pressure. |
Mist Angle |
The mist angle means the angle of the spread mist. For one type sprayer, there are some different angle as optional, according to customers’ requirement. But even for the same sprayer, the angle has the tiny difference under different pressure. Usually, at the same mounting position and pressure, the wider of mist angle, the bigger range of the coverage. |
Coverage |
Coverage depend on the mist angle and the mounting position, for the same sprayer, the wider of mist angle, the bigger range of coverage; the higher of sprayer, the bigger range of coverage. |
Impact |
The impact is mainly depend on the pressure of medium, mist angle and viscosity. Usually, the bigger pressure, the bigger impact; the smaller of mist angle, the bigger impact,; the smaller of viscosity, the bigger of impact |
Temperature |
The temperature of medium usually is the factor to choose the different material of sprayer. If the medium temperature is under the maximum request temperature of sprayer, the performance will be not effected. But considering the viscosity and density is affected by temperature, there might be tiny difference for different temperature. |
