area of modern manufacturing and office is over 36, 000 m2, more than 1, 500 employees. Currently we have distributors and
appointed agents in 25 countries. The manufacture is qualified by ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14000 environment
management system. We also accredited with CNAS, CE, DVGW, AGA, INIG, WARS, CUPC, CSA and AB1953
certificates. The vision of Valogin is to be an international enterprise by further developing national and international market.

Valogin comprehensively implemented lean production under the assistant of Japanese consultant from SUZUKI.We
are focusing on reduction of wastes to improve overall value for customers.
Valogin equipped 32 hot forging machine,302 CNCS,86 multirotary CNCs,152 fitting automatic machining,32 gate valve
multirotary CNCs.Now, we have 51 lean production lines in total, in order to make quick response to market changes
with excellent quality,minimized production cost and high efficiency.
Laboratory:
With a inhouse CNAS approved laboratory and an area of 1000m2,Valogin has more than 50 R&D personel engineers
experienced in heating systems,HEVAC and water systems.The management system was built according to Guildeline 17025.
In order to meet the standard of EN,CSA and AS,Valogin has introduced advanced testing equipments including German
OBLF spectrometer,metallographic analysis machine,ball valves static pressure,torsion,bending,tensile,leaktightness,lifetime
and flow rate testing facilities,TRV characteristic curve testing facilities ,air vent mechanism performance testing facility as
well as Dezincification resistance testing facility.
