Black Annealing Wire

Process
The material of black annealed wire is generally called black iron wire which is drawed from Q195 wire rod. Selected raw materials then high-temperature(around 1000° ) calcinated for enough time, and then cooled with appropriate speed. The purpose is to reduce the hardness and improve cutting machining; Eliminate the residual stress, stable size, reduce the deformation and crack tendency; Fine grains, adjust tissue, eliminate the tissue defect.
Characteristic
Compared with ordinary black iron wire, it is more soft and flexible, and the softness is well-distributed. Also, chroma is consistent.
Use
Mainly used in construction, mining, chemical, welding, welding net hangers, reprocessing, etc. After annealing the wire become soft, increased flexibility. It's very good used as building tie wire and binding reinforcement.
