Product Description

The Gas blower is special treated for transfer explosion gas and some dangerous gas.
The pressure to 1.0 bar ( 1000mbar).
Gas flow to 200 m3/min ( 12000 m3/h).
Special seal to ensure no leakage.
Special coating to ensure no corrosion.
Noise level ≤85dBA
V belt drive blower with motor OK.
Direct coupliing drive blower with motor OK.
Air cooled blower OK.
Water cooled blower OK. 

HLSR series gas blower is for gas conveying: Biogas, Natural Gas, Coal Gas, Semi-water Gas, Methane(CH4), Butane(C4H10), Ammonia(NH3), Carbonic Oxide(CO), Carbon Dioxide(CO2), Nitrogen(N2), Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), Hydrogen Sulfide(H2S), Hydrogen(H) etc.
Blower pressure up to 0.8  bar with maximum air flow up to 800 m³/min..VFD control box and VFD explosive proof motor is preferred.
