Plasma Spray, HVOF. As heat resistance coating of metallurgical roller, hot-dip roller, heat treated furnace roll.As bonding layer for thermal barrier coatings of aviation fan, gas-engine blade etc.
KF-309	Co32Ni21Cr8Al0.5Y Cobalt Nickel Chromium Aluminium Yttrium alloy powder.	-270+400 mesh	HRC20-30,[XieJG1] Working Temperature:≤950°C.Coatings are resistant to hot corrosion, oxidationand sulfidation. These coatings can also be used as a corrosionresistant bond coat in thermal barrier coating systems and for other ceramic materials operating at high temperatures.
KF-330	CoCrAlYTaSi Cobalt Chromium Aluminium Yttrium alloy powder.	-270+400 mesh	Working Temperature:≤1100°C.Cobalt-based hyperthermal alloy powder. High bonding strength, as high temperature bonding layer. The coating is dense. Good corrosion resistance, oxidization resistance and cavitation erosion resistance properties. Plasma Spray, HVOF. Detonation sprayAs the surfaced repairing for metallurgical roller and bonding layer for thermal barrier coatings.
