Brief Introduction:
According to different powder materials, powder packing machine can be divided into chilli, seasoning and spice packing Machine.
The whole spices powder packing machine line is consist of VFS Powder Packing Machine, auger filler or linear weigher machine system, screw elevator, take-off conveyor. It integrates the functions of feeding, metering, bag-making, packaging, sealing, printing, punching and countering, has automatic film position control function, both the horizontal sealing and film pull mechanisms adopt servo motor for transmission so as to guarantee high efficiency of the machine.

1. A wide range of pouches: Pillow bag, gusset bag, quad seal bag

3. Easy to operate: PLC controller and color touch-screen, fault indication on the touch screen.
4. Easy to adjust: only about 10 minutes to change different pouches.
5. Frequency control: speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion within the range.
6. High Automation: unmanned in weighing and packing process, machine alarm automatically when failure.
Safety and Hygiene:
No film, machine will alarm.
Machine alarm and stop when the inadequate air pressure.
Safety guards with safety-switches, machine alarm and stop when the safety guards are opened.
Hygienic construction, the product contact parts are adopted sus304 stainless steel.
APPLICATION:
Spice powder packing machine is suitable for the packaging of non-flowing powder materials, such as: milk powder, soy milk powder, starch, veterinary medicine, pesticide powder, facial mask powder, enzyme preparation, glucose, seasoning, spicy powder, flavor and fragrance, coffee powder, flour powder, etc. So this machine can also be designed as Spice Packing Machine and Flour Packing Machine, etc.
