The main ballistic materials are Aramid UD fabric, Aramid woven fabric and PE fabric; the panel was made by special auto-cutting equipment and waterproof heat-seal equipment. It has waterproof , moisture proof, heat proof, UV resistance and high temperature resistance, According to the new standard requirement of GA141-2010 “Bulletproof Vest for Military”published by the Ministry of Public Security of China, Our products were tested by all kinds of quality testing and all passed. Different types of the body armor By different protection level: In China, according to the GA141-2010 standard, the bulletproof vests are divided into 6 levels: GA-1 to GA-6; In USA, according to the NIJ0101.06 standard, there are six levels: NIJ IIA, II, IIIA,III, IV and the special one. By the different ballistic material: below and contain the level GA-3 and the NIJ IIIA, the vests are made from aramid UD fabric, they are Soft bulletproof vest; above the level GA-3 and NIJ IIIA, we must add the hard ceramic plates to the vests to provide a higher protection, so they are half-soft bulletproof vest. By different designs: Generally, we divide them into Outer and Inner vests, general vest and full-protection body armor and other special designs which are required by clients. Performance Type III (Rifles) Type III hard armor or plate inserts shall be tested in a conditioned state with 7.62 mm FMJ, steel jacketed bullets (U.S. Military designation M80) with a specified mass of 9.6 g (147gr) and a velocity of 847 m/s ± 9.1 m/s (2780 ft/s ± 30 ft/s). Type IV (Armor Piercing Rifle) Type IV hard armor or plate inserts shall be tested in a conditioned state with .30 caliber armor piercing (AP) bullets (U.S. Military designation M2 AP) with a specified mass of 10.8 g (166 gr) and a velocity of 878 m/s ± 9.1 m/s (2880 ft/s ± 30 ft/s).
