Under the control of an output signal of a pulse spray control meter, it blows and dedusts the filter bag row (room) by row (room) to keep resistance of the dirt catcher in set scope, so as to ensure the handling ability and dust collection efficiency of the dirt catcher. AMD-I (Z) pulse valve, a right-angle type valve with a 90° Included angle between the inlet and the outlet, is applicable to installation collection between the air bag and the blowing pipe of the dirt catcher. With unblocked airflow, it can provide dedusting air pulse meeting requirements. Working Principle: The membrane divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into a front air room and a rear air room. The compressed air enters the rear air room through the throttle orifice when connected and then pressure of the rear air room presses the membrane components tightly to the valve outlet so that the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state. Under the action of an electrical signal of the pulse spray control meter, the electromagnetic pulse armature moves backwards, vent hole of the rear air room is opened and the rear air room looses pressure quickly, the membrane component moves backwards and the compressed air blows through the value outlet, so that the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "open" state. When the electrical signal of pulse spray control meter disappears, the electromagnetic pulse armature resets, the rear air room vent hole is closed, and the pressure of the rear air room rises to press the membrane component tightly to the valve outlet, so that the electromagnetic pulse value is in the "closed" state. Installation and Use: 1. Check whether the components are broken during transportation before use. 2. Ventilate the air supply pipe and clean sundries in the air supply pipe before installation. Attention should be paid to the flow direction of the air and the pipe connection during installation. 3. Coat suitable lubricant on all O-shaped seal rings during installation. 4. There are three pins and special plugs on the electromagnetic pulse valve coil. The one with " " symbol is the ground connection pin, so users can decide whether to connect to the ground according to the situation. (Generally, ground connection is required when the voltage is less than 36V and not required when the voltage is more than 36V. The other two are coil power pins which are respectively connected with the terminal corresponding to the pulse spray control meter and the terminal of the value concentration line. Attention should be paid to voltage. 5. The air bag of the dirt catcher (including connection pipe) is determined by the user; Its capacity should be qualified to provide stable air source for the working of the electromagnetic pulse valve and inner wall should be clean and free from sundries such as rust. Meantime, the air bag should have no leakage and be in accordance with requirements of safety. 6. The applicable temperature of the seal element of the valve, the air bag and the blowing connection pipe should be -10-70. Please give clear indication during ordering in case that a high-temperature seal part is required.
